They both enjoy using a range of coaching models and diagnostic tools, as well as drawing off their extensive experience of leading and facilitating transformational organisational change when working one to one, facilitating group coaching or more fundamentally supporting an organisation create a coaching culture.
An experienced and passionate Executive and Leadership coach and OD practitioner, committed to supporting leaders, teams and organisations grow and evolve so they can do more and achieve more than they thought they could.
Tracey is an award winning Director of People and Culture known for both her creativity and positive energy. She has over 20 years’ senior leadership experience, supporting a number of organisations primarily in social housing to develop their people, culture and performance, with transformational results. She notched up an impressive track record in delivering outstanding levels of employee engagement, sector leading customer satisfaction rates, increased productivity and accountability and external recognition through a clutch of awards.
She has extensive experience of supporting leaders through change and transformation by creating high trust – high performance cultures, based on a foundation of coaching. Throughout her career she witnessed the impact of coaching and believes it’s the magic dust which helps people and teams access a renewed purpose, navigate challenging relationships, transition into a new role or adapt to change.
Tracey quickly establishes credibility by working in partnership and demonstrating integrity and insight. She builds rapport easily so she can offer a supportive but also challenging style so her clients do their best thinking, experiment with new ways of doing things and make small (or big) shifts to achieve their goals.
She’s a qualified Coach, NLP and MBTI practitioner as well as a fellow CIPD and member of the Association of Coaching and enjoys using a range of coaching techniques. She believes investing some time in coaching helps us breathe, build agility and resilience so we can manage our challenges with more ease and a renewed confidence.
An experienced and engaging Executive and Leadership Coach, previously Group Organisational Development Director, in a large Housing Association, NW England, with an extensive track record of leading and facilitating change and transformation at an individual, team and organisational level, across sectors.
With a natural ability to put people at ease Penny works to the client’s agenda and supports them to skillfully navigate the challenges of leadership and organisational life, flourish and achieve their objectives.
A qualified ILM 7 Executive Coach and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Senior Practitioner Penny is a Fellow CIPD, and CMI member. Penny is also a qualified Thinking Partner, Group Coach and has a keen interest in Positive Psychology and Neuroscience.
Penny successfully led the people agenda of two housing association mergers. Familiar with the complexity and ambiguity of transformation Penny enjoys partnering with organisations and leaders and promoting a coaching leadership style with colleague engagement at its core, having sponsored and developed award-winning coaching cultures throughout her career. Penny witnessed the benefits this brings by empowering people to take responsibility, develop and grow.
Having received impactful Executive coaching herself, Penny understands its power to help you pause, think and process thoughts and feelings to enable you to overcome blockages and achieve goals in the most appropriate way. Penny is now dedicated to helping other leaders and organisations unlock and maximise their peoples’ potential.
