Grove Community Housing Association

Compliance and Maintenance Officer

Location: Belfast

Salary: £38,652.89 – £41,786.91

Based in the heart of North Belfast, Grove Community Housing Association makes a positive difference every day. As a small but growing community-based housing association, we are committed to providing good quality homes, responsive services, and meaningful support to our tenants.

We are now looking to appoint a Compliance & Maintenance Officer to join our dedicated team and play a key role in maintaining and improving our homes and services.

This is a varied role with real scope to make a difference. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of health, safety, compliance, and maintenance across our housing portfolio, while providing a responsive, customer-focused service to our tenants.

You will also lead our award nominated ‘Helping Hand’ service, providing practical maintenance support to residents, and contribute to our ambitions around energy efficiency, retrofit, and sustainable homes.

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a multi-skilled background in social housing who can combine technical knowledge with a strong commitment to customer service.

GCHA may be small, but our ambitions are big. With 215 homes, plans to deliver 31 new social housing units, and a commitment to improving the quality, sustainability, and experience of our homes, this is an opportunity to play a visible role in our continued growth.

If you have the expertise, initiative, and customer focus to help us deliver better homes, safer communities, and a more sustainable future, we would love to hear from you.
