We offer group coaching to small groups of leaders (normally 6 – 10) either in-house or open programmes which brings leaders together from across organisations
Group coaching offers leaders access to a unique space to step back, take time out with and learn from other senior leaders and develop their network. We encourage reflection, and a commitment to new thinking and practices, to help foster a trust based coaching culture, as leaders adapt to hybrid working.
