Penny Aspden – Coach Director

An experienced and engaging Executive and Leadership Coach, previously Group Organisational Development Director, in a large Housing Association, NW England, with an extensive track record of leading and facilitating change and transformation at an individual, team and organisational level, across sectors.

With a natural ability to put people at ease Penny works to the client’s agenda and supports them to skillfully navigate the challenges of leadership and organisational life, flourish and achieve their objectives.

A qualified ILM 7 Executive Coach and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Senior Practitioner Penny is a Fellow CIPD, and CMI member. Penny is also a qualified Thinking Partner, Group Coach and has a keen interest in Positive Psychology and Neuroscience.

Penny successfully led the people agenda of two housing association mergers. Familiar with the complexity and ambiguity of transformation Penny enjoys partnering with organisations and leaders and promoting a coaching leadership style with colleague engagement at its core, having sponsored and developed award-winning coaching cultures throughout her career. Penny witnessed the benefits this brings by empowering people to take responsibility, develop and grow.

Having received impactful Executive coaching herself, Penny understands its power to help you pause, think and process thoughts and feelings to enable you to overcome blockages and achieve goals in the most appropriate way. Penny is now dedicated to helping other leaders and organisations unlock and maximise their peoples’ potential.

Tony Williams

An experienced coach and HR/OD professional, Tony has a strong background of leading strategic and organisational development, HR and people strategies, transformation, cultural integration, learning and development and training.

He has worked at a senior level in public, private and not-for-profit sectors, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel (FCIPD) and holds an ILM coaching qualification.  Tony has developed and led several large-scale transformation programmes and mergers, as well as working closely with Boards and Executive Teams on developing their people strategies.  He has particular expertise in coaching around:

  • Programme and project management 

He has a wealth of experience in designing and delivering leadership development programmes, and coaching/mentoring senior managers, and is truly committed to people development. His strong communication skills enable him to build effective working relationships with people at all levels, and deliver successful outcomes to support our clients in achieving their vision.

Vikki Evans

An experienced and motivated coach and HR/L&D professional, with proven success working with organisations of varying sizes, in both public and private sectors.

CIPD qualified, with a post-graduate diploma in HR Management, Vikki is also qualified to Level A and B in Occupational Testing, and an experienced ILM 5 Leadership Coach.

Vikki’s passion lies in organisational development and learning and development, where she has proven strengths in leadership development, coaching, supporting and challenging managers to help them achieve strategic goals and develop their teams, and in working with senior managers to facilitate organisational change initiatives and develop organisational culture. She has sound commercial skills and has also led the design and delivery of several customer excellence programmes.

Vikki works collaboratively with coaching clients to gain a true understanding of their needs, to ensure successful outcomes which fit business and individual needs and culture. Her professional approach, which is both supportive and challenging, allows her to add real value, and build strong relationships with clients.
